Accessible is a web accessibility testing platform that helps developers identify and fix accessibility issues on their websites. Our service includes:

• AI-powered screen reader simulation
• Automated WCAG compliance testing
• User journey accessibility testing
• Detailed accessibility reports and recommendations

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be required to select a paid subscription to continue using the Service.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content solely to provide the Service.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Test results will be accurate or complete
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Accessible and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination
